Please attach clear photos of the issue. Visuals are crucial
in understanding the extent and nature of the problem, so please ensure that
the images are in focus and well-lit.

Upon receiving your email, please allow 24-48 hours for me
to review the information and investigate. I will contact you to discuss
possible resolutions or alternatives to ensure your satisfaction with my
